1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for first-time subscription purchases.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Renewal fees and upgrade charges are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will not be issued for partial usage of the service.
  • If the account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • If the refund request is made after the 7-day refund period.
  • Payments made through promotional offers or discounts are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval.
  • The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
